MARCH 29TH, 2014 The Warrior Challenge The U.I.V.A. (University of Iowa Veterans Association) is proud to present the 2nd Annual Warrior Challenge. The Warrior Challenge is a 4 event series race where teams compete in a 1.Tire Flip 2.Obstacle Course 3.5k Ruck Run 4.Mystery event (to be revealed on race day). The University of Iowa Veterans Association (UIVA) is a group of veterans and supporters
interested in helping veterans and returning reservists at The University of Iowa adjust to and integrate into University life. Additionally, the group aims to support persons still serving as well as their families, and to raise awareness among fellow students of the daily sacrifices made on their behalf. 2013 Proceeds Go to: Military Affairs Association
Our purpose is to increase public awareness and understanding of the need for national defense preparedness through recognition of the accomplishments and contribution of local veterans, National Guard and reserve units, Reserve Officers Training Corps and acitve military members. Meetings are held at the National Guard Readiness Center
